CCCS pre-filing bankruptcy counseling

CCCS is an approved national provider of pre-filing bankruptcy counseling, required within 180 days before filing for Chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy protection. This counseling and the subsequent certificate can be received o­nline, over the phone or at o­ne of our 17 offices in four states (GA, FL, MS and TN). New laws take effect starting Monday, October 17, 2005.

Again, this is done before filing for bankruptcy.

CCCS pre-discharge bankruptcy education

CCCS is also an approved national provider of pre-discharge bankruptcy education, required before a Chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy case is discharged. This education and the subsequent certificate can be received o­nline or at public locations near o­ne of our 17 offices in four states (GA, FL, MS and TN). New laws take effect starting Monday, October 17, 2005.
Again, this is required before your case is discharged.
